At Psyops Safety Solutions, our commitment to fostering a robust safety culture is deeply rooted in the extensive experience of our founder, Corey Linscott. With a career spanning over two decades in public and private safety sectors, Corey has cultivated a profound understanding of safety dynamics in various high-stakes environments.

Corey embarked on his journey in safety as a firefighter, progressing to roles as an EMT and later, a Captain. His tenure in emergency services was marked by advanced incident management skills, adeptly commanding operations across multiple jurisdictions and state mobilizations. Transitioning from the fire service, Corey further honed his expertise in law enforcement as a patrol deputy, gang officer, and Field Training Officer. Although an unforeseen incident led him to step back from tactical response duties, it paved the way for his pursuit of academic excellence in safety.

Returning to academia, Corey earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Risk Management, followed by a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Industrial Hygiene. Currently a Doctorate candidate in Occupational Safety, he applies his enriched knowledge and investigative prowess to private sector safety management. His leadership has driven significant safety enhancements in manufacturing, hydropower, and datacenter construction.
